Specifically, the optimal S.N. blend for December featured a noticeable 2.5% increase in Palmitic Acid (C16:0) content. This deliberate enhancement of the key saturated fatty acid is essential to conferring superior bar hardness and stability, particularly when the product faces chilling temperatures during transit and storage. This technical rigor is what truly sets market leaders apart.
